Delitex thermobonded fiber is a polyester fiber padding produced by thermal bonding — no adhesives or chemical additives — available in three lines: TL/HFS (standard and high-density), Elast (elastic fibers for greater loft), and calendered TLSC/HFSC (compacted structure and smooth surface finish). Ideal for padding sofas, armchairs, chairs, and contract seating, with applications spanning residential, contract, and outdoor upholstery.
Quilted products for the upholstered furniture industry: traccoppiato and stretch fabrics quilted on bonded, thermobonded or siliconized fibers. Designed to provide greater resistance to Velcro stress and improved stability under tension, covering standard upholstery and contract applications.
