Traccoppiato is produced through an initial flame lamination of three layers — polyurethane foam, velvet and nonwoven — followed by diamond quilting as a finishing step. This process gives the product greater compactness and structural stability, ensuring resistance, durability and a high-quality aesthetic finish defined by the characteristic quilted pattern. Suitable for both technical and decorative high-quality applications.
Available in 3 mm thickness, 150 cm width, with 35 gsm nonwoven (TNT) backing. Rubber color available in white or anthracite, with coordinated velvet in white, beige or black.
Traccoppiato can be customized with printed velvet. Also available in a fire-retardant version with fire-retardant polyurethane foam and velvet.
