Delitex BICOPPIA laminated polyurethane is the advanced solution for upholstered furniture manufacturers requiring a structurally complex material that delivers stability, body and a loop-compatible surface for Velcro fastening all in one product. 

Unlike the MONO product — a single-layer laminate — BICOPPIA is built on three superimposed layers: an expanded polyurethane sheet at the core, an inner backing in voile or TNT (17 or 40 gr), and an outer velveteen in PES polyester or PA Nylon. Each layer serves a precise function: the polyurethane ensures padding comfort and resilience; the inner backing increases dimensional stability and workability; the outer velveteen provides the loop-compatible surface for fast and secure assembly of upholstery covers. 

The BICOPPIA range is available in thicknesses of 3, 5, 8 and 9 mm, in white and anthracite foam color, with heights of h 100, 150, 160 and 180 cm. Velveteen — both PES and PA Nylon — is available in multiple colors: white, black, gray, beige, dark brown and fantasy, to meet any chromatic requirement of the finished product. 

The choice between PES and PA Nylon velveteen depends on the technical characteristics of the Velcro used in production: Nylon generally offers greater mechanical resistance to repeated fastening, while polyester guarantees excellent loop-compatible performance for most standard applications.
