Delitex MONO laminated polyurethane is the go-to material for upholstered furniture manufacturers who need a lightweight, flexible product that is ready to use straight from the roll. Available in thicknesses from 3 to 12 mm — specifically 3 mm, 3.8 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm and 12 mm — it covers a wide range of applications, from sofa and armchair upholstery to contract seating production.

The range comes in two foam colors: white, for pairing with light coverings and natural fabrics, and anthracite, suited for products with dark or technical upholstery materials. Foam color affects the final appearance of the padding at visible seam areas — a detail that the most discerning manufacturers factor in from the outset.

Each MONO expanded polyurethane is laminated on one side with the most suitable material for the application:

• Velveteen (available in multiple colors: white, black, gray, beige, dark brown, fantasy): makes the surface velcro-compatible, allowing fast and secure assembly;

• Voile: a lightweight option for standard applications;

• TNT 17 gr or TNT 40 gr: for greater structural reinforcement, available for all thicknesses except heights 100 cm and 180 cm.

Available heights vary by thickness: 100 cm, 150 cm, 160 cm and 180 cm, allowing manufacturers to optimize cutting patterns and minimize waste in production.
