Thermo-bonded

Thermo-bonded laminates in polyester fibre, without glues or chemical additives. Stable, breathable and resistant, available in TL (100, 150, 200, 250, 300 gsm) and HFS (350–450 gsm) weights, configurable with velvet, down-proof fabrics, flame-retardant fabrics and water-repellent textiles.

Delitex thermo-bonded laminates are thermo-bonded laminates in polyester fibre: a process that bonds the fibres exclusively through heat, without the addition of glues or chemical additives. The result is a highly stable, breathable and mechanically resistant material, suitable for padding sofas, armchairs, chairs and contract seating.

Available in the TL range (100, 150, 200, 250, 300 gsm) and in the high-density HFS version (350 and 450 gsm), Delitex thermo-bonded laminates adapt to every production requirement thanks to widths ranging from 150 to 225 cm. Each article can be configured with different backing materials according to the required function:

  • Velvet (white, black, grey, fantasy): to make the product hook-and-loop compatible, facilitating upholstery assembly;
  • Down-proof fabrics (Sinatra, Bogart, Foster, Grant, Interlock, Maglina bielastica and Micropoly): to increase rigidity and stability in cushions and structured upholstery;
  • Flame-retardant fabrics (Interliner, Bogart, Cologn): for applications requiring compliance with fire safety regulations in the contract sector;
  • Water-repellent fabrics (Oscar, Chiffon, Idromembrana, Rete drenante, Bernard): for outdoor products or environments subject to humidity.
