Thermobonded polyester fibre batts with elastic characteristics, available in Elast (220–300 gsm), Super Elast (400 gsm), Velast 220 and Vertitech 200 weights. All articles in 150 cm width, configurable with the full range of Delitex lamination materials.

Delitex Elast thermobonded waddings are polyester fibre batts available in an increasing range of weights, from the Elast version (220, 250, 300 gsm) to the Super Elast (400 gsm). The range also includes the Velast 220 and Vertitech 200 variants, which identify articles with specific technical characteristics. All articles are available in a width of 150 cm.

Every article in the Elast range can be configured with the full set of Delitex lamination materials:

  • velvet (white, black, grey, fantasy) for hook-and-loop compatibility;
  • down-proof fabrics (Sinatra, Bogart, Foster, Grant, Interlock, Maglina bielastica and Micropoly) for structural rigidity;
  • flame-retardant fabrics (Interliner, Bogart, Cologn) for regulatory applications;
  • water-repellent and draining fabrics (Oscar, Chiffon, Idromembrana, Rete drenante, Bernard) for outdoor products or humid environments.
